Tiny Sauciers: One Quart & One Cup Capacity, Ideal Cook's Friend, or Repurpose

Vintage Tiny Sauciers MIRO Mid Century Aluminum One Quart & One Cup Capacity, Ideal Cook's Friend, or Repurpose For Scoops, Great Patina. Here is a nice pair of small to tiny aluminum sauciers from the mid century era. One 4" diameter, one cup capacity, (perfect for melting or browning butter and sauteing small batches of herbs, etc), and one 6" diameter, one quart capacity, (ideal for Beurre blanc for one, etc). OR.... I think these can be repurposed to great effect as scoops for your bulk items such as grains, flours, and the like. It's up to you! The 6" pan is a MIRO in heavy duty aluminum and is 3" deep with slight pour indents on each side. The 4" pan is an unmarked lighter weight aluminum, and is 1 3/4" deep. Both have a great patina that can only be earned from use and age.
