"Greeting From Pilgrimland Plymouth, Massachusetts" circa early 1960's. The Rock, Mayflower II, Coles Hill, Pilgrims, Massasoit, Cape Cod. Accordion-style, fold-out full color photos illustrating the life and times of the early Pilgrim colony at Plymouth. From a time when the use of old fashioned hand-tinted color photos for these types of albums had given way to the rather garish use of Kodachrome, these glossy photos have the realistically stark look of the 50's and show many interior scenes in sharp detail. This album was produced shortly after the Mayflower II had arrived and there are several nice photos of it at sea and docked. Also includes various landmarks, statues, and scenic vistas. Excellent condition. Has been stamped (4 cent Lincoln) and posted and there is a brief inscription on the inside cover.
