Vintage Nesting Kitchen Storage Boxes Rooster on Weather Vane Design, Very Clean
Here is a beautiful set of classic oak nesting boxes for the kitchen. Near pristine condition. Four boxes starting with the nominal 6" X 7 .5" X 6.5" mother box and progressing down to the 4" X 5" X 3.5" baby box. Solid oak with haunch dovetail corners. Each has a typical mid century graphic featuring a hand painted rooster weather vane. The square lids have round milled inset handles for easy opening. The bottoms are felt covered. Varnished on the outside, clean and plain on the interior. These boxes appear to never have been used for storing anything.
