Beautiful true vintage Hollywood Regency style tall vanity stool.  It is in great structural condition, completely original with the original tag still attached.  The fabric has some age-related fading and some minor stains (as shown in photos).  If the vintage charm of the softened color isn't to your taste, this would be a great candidate for furniture spray paint in the color to match your decor.
