It's a lovely vintage decorative/collectible item from Soviet RUssia. 

This military compass was designed by Russian Imperial Army topographist Vladimir Adrianov in 1907 and then it used widely in the Soviet red army era.
It's still in functional and can be use by hunters, fishermen, campers and in the outdoor activities. 

There is a little metal detent mechanism on the side of compass. So you can fix the compass with pull up this mechanism when you're using it.
The compass is attached to the wrist with a leather strap. So you can hang it on your wrist, coat, backpack.

It's in excellent condition by it's age. There is no crack or damage on glass surface or needle or leather strap. 
It has no box/bag but will be packaged carefully.
