MDH Pvt. Ltd. has set up five state of the art plants for meeting the ever growing demand. The company procures raw material directly from the centers of produce to maintain uniform taste and quality. The raw material is first cleaned, dried and tested with the help of special machines. It is then carefully grounded into the finished product passing through various stages. Fully automatic machines have been installed for this process.

Spices have a long and ancient history, especially in India, where they are a part of life and heritage. In every home & in every province across the country, different spices and blends are used to create different and distinctive tastes in dishes. Several decades ago, housewives used to grind their spices manually at home and make their own blends for use in their cooking. To make this process easier for the housewife, ’MAHASHIAN DI HATTI’ (MDH) visualised the concept of ready-to-use ground spices.

Starting with manually ground spices, MDH soon switched over to automatic machines to meet the fast growing demand for MDH Spices. So much so today spices worth crores of rupees are manufactured and packed by modern machines and sold throughout India and abroad through a network of over 1000 Stockists and over 4 Lacs retail dealers. These machines now have a capacity of producing 30 tones of spices in powders packed in beautiful consumer pack

MDH takes special care in selectingthe raw material for the groundsingle spices category. This providesthe consumer with spices made from the choicest raw material maintaining the highest processing standards.

MDH DEGGI MIRCH POWDER

Recipe : Deggi Mirch is a unique, age old blend, processed from special varieties of colourful Indian red chillies. It is mild-hot and imparts glowing natural red colour to curried dishes making them attractive and more palatable. For best results fry chopped onions in oil till golden. Then add chopped tomatoes and Deggi Mirch. Stir till it is homogenised, and imparts the red colour. Then proceed with your normal cooking. If not using tomatoes, reduce flame, add Deggi Mirch and as soon as it imparts colour, proceed further

Store in a cool and dry place. Once opened, transfer contents immediately into an airtight container.

We ship By India Post worldwide we dispatch the goods within 1-3 working days after the confirmation of Payment received. The Goods are delivered within 11-23 days from the date of dispatch. If for some reasons beyond our control, your area is not serviceable by our logistic partners, we will refund the money. Handling time does not include Public & other holidays.

RETURN POLICY

We accept return of goods if there is any manufacturing defect in the item. For all such cases buyers should contact us within 2 days of receiving the item. Refund will be given as money back as soon as the buyer ships the product and update us with the tracking details. The expenses related to sending it back to us like shipping charges, insurance charges, and duty charges if any have to be paid by the buyer. Please inform us before returning us the goods so that we can assist you in returning the goods.
