This two-in-one anti-allergen carpet cleaning treatment reduces allergens from dust mite waste, pet dander and other sources while cleaning the surface. Its special formulation contains tannic acid to neutralize environmental allergens from non-living sources and non-abrasive, sponge-like particles which contain a water-based cleaning solution to refresh pile fabrics.

Directions

• Cut corner at top of bag to achieve desired product flow
• Sprinkle X-Mite evenly onto dry surface to be treated
• Use a clean broom, carpet rake or a brush to work the powder into the surface
• Wait approximately three hours before vacuuming for X-Mite to take effect
• Vacuum X-Mite from the treated surface, preferably using a new vacuum bag 
• Retreat surfaces every 90 days to maintain allergen deactivation

Precautions

• Not to be applied on silks or oriental rugs
• Before application, test on a small hidden area for each item to be treated and allow to dry thoroughly. This is important when prior cleaners and deodorizers have been applied. They may have left a chemical residue that will cause discoloration or staining. If staining occurs do not use.
• If product is accidentally spilled, vacuum immediately
• Store in a cool dry place
