Commodore Perry Hotel Menu & Beverage Menu Brazos Street in Austin Texas 1950's

There are 2 menus in this lot from the Commodore Perry Hotel in Austin Texas. There is a 4 page A La Carte Dinner  Menu and a single page Beverage Service  Menu from Austin" Hotel of Distinction. Dated July 24, 1951. The 4 page menu measures about 7 1/4" x 8 1/2" when closed.    Due to the size limitations of my scanner, the entire menu may not show in some of the scans.   The original building was designed by Hugo Franz Keuhne, founder of the school of architecture at the University of Texas, to be the Commodore Perry Hotel. In 1984, the hotel was converted into an office building and renamed One Commodore Plaza. A Stevens Hotel with a list of other Stevens Hotels on the back cover.
