Vinyl plays with occasional crackles (play-graded). Matte cover looks great; a few creases near edges; light-scuffing, discoloration spots, and surface impressions (front/back). Inner-sleeve is original (photo/order form/reprise ads); bottom seam partially split. Spine is mostly easy-to-read with some wear. Shelf-wear along top/bottom-edge and corners. Opening is crisp with signs of light use and divots. (Not a cut-out.)
Amigo, by Arlo Guthrie, peaked at No. 133 on the Billboard 200. It features the songs Massachusetts, Victor Jara, and Connection. Massachusetts was adopted by the Legislature in July 1981 as the official folk song of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Connection is a song by Rolling Stones, featured on their 1967 album Between the Buttons. It was written by Mick Jagger and Keith Richards (but mostly Richards), features vocals by both and is said to be about the long hours the band spent in airports. The lyrics contain much rhyming based on the word connection. The lyrics also reflect the pressures the band was under by 1967.
