This item is (10) Gold-Filled Wire Guards .031". 
These wire guards have a .031" hole which will accommodate your heavier wires. We also have .021 hole wire guards for fine or medium wire.
 
Wire guards protect against your jewelry wire breaking due to weakening from everyday wear. Thread your flexible beading wire through the wire guards, to protect the wire from the wear and tear of clasps and connectors, and back through your crimp tubes before securing your wire with crimps.  Similar to bullion, but sturdier, this preformed channel prevents fraying on stringing cable and cord. It is usually placed where you make a loop to attach the clasp.  They'll allow your jewelry pieces to last and to have a professional and finished look.
