Comments: Back in the post-World War II era, St. Stephen was no ordinary baseball town. They didn't settle for just one outstanding ball team; they birthed a dynasty. The St. Croix Baseball Club emerged as a force to be reckoned with from 1957 to 1960, etching their name into the annals of New Brunswick sports history. After the team clinched the Maritime Championship in 1957, 1958 and 1959, in 1960, their final year of glory, the St. Croix dynasty again reigned supreme. They were once again Border League Champions, triumphed in the provincial semi-finals, and clinched the Maritime Championship.
