This new premium HUMVEE license plate holder requires NO DRILLING to install. The only tools needed are two wrenches to install the plate on the left rear side of the vehicle below the left rear turn signal using existing holes in the vehicle. For the purchase price, you receive what is in the first picture - you receive the mounting PLATE plus 3 lights (1 license plate light + 2 blazer 24V LED backup lights) mounting bolts and 1 license plate light. There are holes provided for all items that CAN be mounted, including 2 back up lights, backup camera and backup alarm. This item is best used with our 4 gang rocker switch panel. sold . Holes are also in place to accommodate our back up alarm and video camera without drilling more holes. Ships unassembled.
