This is a pre-owned, used Vintage MCM David Douglas Flameproof Glass Percolator Carafe Coffee Pot, 8 cups/40 oz. with 22kt gold trim and bakelite handle.  There are staining on the pot that have we have not tried to remove and part of the design on outside of glass has faded as pictured.

This needs a good cleaning and it would be beautiful.
