This is a listing for a vintage, 1940's pre-owned Farberware hammered hand wrought aluminum silver platter tray with a china plate insert in the center with a Victorian picture of 2 ladies and a child. 

The silver platter has an etched floral design with crimped edges and has a china plate inset in the middle.  The inset plate has a picture of 2 ladies and a child in the middle of plate.

China plate embedded in the center surrounded by a silver trim to form 1 beautiful 17" platter.

The plate has some cracking in the glaze and light scratches on the silver part if you look close as pictured. This was used heavily, it was displayed in recent years in the china cabinet.

Platter measures 17 inches in diameter.

The back of the china plate part of platter has Farberware, Brooklyn, N.Y.  Y stamped on it.  The back of the silver part of platter has Wrought Farberware, Bklyn, NY. engraved  on it.
