****Multiple item Discount...There is a 10% discount for purchasing multiple items and will automatically deduct that from your invoice. I also charge exact shipping rates but does not allow 2 discounts on 1 invoice-so you will be refunded for the extra amount of shipping you pay.

***Shipping- I will charge exact shipping rates. I ship every business day so feedback score should be a 5 in the shipping charge and the shipping time category. If you do not believe we deserve a 5 rating, please email us before leaving feedback so we can try and fix the issue. A lot of times it is the postal service that does not comply with the arrival time of your package.

***If you are paying by credit card-you must go thru paypal as we do not have a credit card machine..thanks!!!***

***If you are purchasing shoes-most shoes do not come with boxes. If the shoes are sold as new, they will have tags on them, if they do not have tags, then they will come with the box tag or in the original box-some with lids or without. Shoes may also be shipped in their original boxes to keep postage down. If you need a pair of shoes in a box with lid or the original box to be shipped in another box, please ask before purchasing so that we may check for you..According to the shoe chart-Women's shoes start at a size 5 and Men's shoes start at a size 6..If you have any questions about length, please ask. **If you are purchasing a Halloween costume-all costumes are brand new never worn..most costumes are not sold with packaging from the mfr-so NWT means it is new with tags, and it comes with a cardboard packaging that has the costume picture and information on it or an attached white tag-most have just the cardboard tag. ALL HALLOWEEN returns AFTER OCTOBER 25TH will have a restocking fee taken off the refund. ***

**All new clothes come right from the department store-they are stored in air tight bins. I do not have a lot of storage area so the clothes are tightly packed and some will be wrinkled. Buying from a store, I would recommend washing them too. I do not issue discounts for wrinkled clothes-it is your responsibility to wash and/or iron them as you wish. All used clothes come washed but again, some are wrinkled and will need to be washed and/or ironed if you prefer. This includes dress clothes that might need to be taken to cleaner to have them pressed if they are dry clean only. ***

**I accept returns and will issue a full refund on the merchandise total as long as you return the item as you received it-not used, tags still there no missing or broken parts-must be in the exact same condition. If it is appears to be used or not in the same condition then there will be an appropriate discount taken off the refund total***ALL HALLOWEEN returns AFTER OCTOBER 25TH will have a restocking fee taken off the refund. ***

I will issue refunds on the purchase price but NO SHIPPING COSTS will be refunded unless i grossly misrepresent an item and that is at my discretion.

I will ship within 1 business day upon receipt of cleared payment. You will be notified via email per paypal when the item ships and you will receive a tracking number via email. 
 

 INTERNATIONAL*** If you choose to have your package shipped First Class Mail-it does NOT offer a tracking number. Your proof of delivery will be a copy of the customs declaration form, along with the mailing number and a copy of the postal receipt showing the date, cost and country it was mailed to-it does not show a specific address. First class mail is the cheapest was to ship but it has had some problems with getting lost at customs... I send alot of First class mail and 99% of the time, the package always arrives! USPS states that First Class International Mail can take anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks for delivery. Please be patient. If you do not want to wait that long, please purchase Priority International shipping which takes apx 10 days to 2 weeks.

Normal US shipping delivery times: 

USPS First Class or Parcel (2-9 days)
USPS Priority (2-3 days).

Feedback is very important for our store discount and is starting to make it very difficult on sellers starting in April. We try to describe our listings very accurate, our communication is within 24 hours, we always send out packages within 1 business days as promised and we charge Exact shipping rates..so we hope to receive a 5 rating.
