Beautiful crystal decanter is in the Waterford Kinsale pattern. The decanter is approx. 13" tall, and the base is 5 1/4" in diameter. There are a few light water marks on the inside and one larger area, as shown, otherwise the interior is clean/clear. It is in very good, lightly used condition, with no chips or cracks and no cloudiness.
