SYST 1000 Seeds Curled Garden Cress Non Gmo Microgreen Salad Micro Greens

A great winter perennial brassica with so many uses! Quickly sprout and grow macro shots of nutrient-rich, peppery cress shots with 1000+ untreated, Non-GMO heirloom curled garden cress seeds. The seeds alone can be eaten and they are high in calories and protein.

Garden cress is a good source of calcium, iron, iodine and vitamins. The leaves contain vitamin A, C and folate. Not to mention, garden cress makes for a great salad or bread topping (place cress over buttered table bread for health).

Should you wish to grow them for the plant instead of using the seeds for micro green growing the entire plant is edible even the pretty white flowers that will bloom at an aged growth. Also, rest-assured that these are all true-to-seed growing quality seeds (as well as microgreen quality).

Germination instructions: For this seed, germination is best accomplished by germinating in a wet paper towel that is placed in a ziploc bag and stored in the refrigerator. Otherwise germinate in cold temperature soil (45 degrees) and cover with a paper towel to keep light away.  Germination time takes up to 14 days.
