The box has wear and damage. The disc and manual are in good to very good condition. There is no cardboard insert.
You will receive all pictured items.
The Game is 25+ years old and works on Win95. Those playing with modern computers may have to adjust some settings or use emulation to get it to work. Please make sure that your operating system can work with this.
If there were any codes etc., just assume they have been used.
