Hardback published in 2000 by Crippen and Landru, Deluxe First Edition. This is number 33 out of 225 copies of the deluxe edition. It is signed by the author on a special page opposite the Title page. The book also comes with a special short story printed in a booklet that is attached to the inside of the back book cover. Dustjacket has slight wear. The book is in fine to like new condition.
