The rear right lower edge shows fraying -- plus there is a 1-1/16" vertical tear at the rear lower spine edge, with exposed spine -- plus inked rubber stamping at the rear lower right midcover --  otherwise typical condition for a digest-sized magazine of nearly 70 years, with wear & chipping to edges & corners, plus creases, scratches, folds, indentations, lesser tears, rub-wear, browning pages, soiling, etc -- overall condition Good Minus

Although the "CONTENTS" page states that this issue is "VOL. 2, NO. 2," this is actually the THIRD issue of ALFRED HITCHCOCK'S MYSTERY MAGAZINE, the first issue having been listed as "VOL. 1, NO. 12," for reasons unknown, but probably having something to do with the eccentric magazine publishing laws of the mid- to late 1950s.
