• School house measures approximately 3 1/4" long x 1 3/8" wide x 4" high
• Church measures approximately 4" long x 1 1/2" wide x 5 1/4" high

• Each piece is signed on bottom by artist Suzan Lemyre
• All pieces are in good condition with some minor flaws and repairs. The towers on the church and school building have been re-glued to their respective buildings and feel secure. The barn has a glue spot on the side where it appears an addition is missing. There are scuffs and a couple of scrapes on all of the pieces but are for the most part intact and useable.
