Rule of Rose for PlayStation 2.  Easily the most notorious game for PS2 not made by Rockstar (Grand Theft Auto), this horror title garnered negative press even before its release for its depictions of cruelty and abuse committed by children.  A very unique experience for those who can handle it.  It's also one of the rarest PS2 games out there.  Game disc and manual in a generic case, no cover art.  The disc has been tested and verified as working.
