1970's Parker BIG RED Soft Tip Pen.  Has original refill that is dry.  I am sending a new refill in blue with this.  This pen looks to be NEW condition.  No scratches anywhere and the box is in VERY GOOD condition inside and out.  SEE PHOTOS for full description.
