Yes. I didn’t read the instructions, turned it on and used it. It works immediately. If you want to save photos or videos and get them off of the device I would recommend reading the instructions.

Can this endoscope be used to detect blockage in my kitchen sink drain(about 2 feet inside the wall)?
Yes, it is IP68 waterproof design for cable and camera probe. The split screen view is handy also; using the menu you can roll through cameras A, B, C and then also split off to A/B or A/C. The button for snapping a quick photo is really convenient.
