(2) Two Antique Cabinet Card Photographs. The family photograph identifies members of the Lange Family including Kate, Else, Alice, Royl, Hans, Walter and Richard. It was taken in 1898 in a studio based in Gnesen / Gniezno which is located in Central-Western Poland. The companion photo came with this family photo and while the elderly lady appears to be identified as Grandmother Sophia Herrimann, writing below makes a connection to the Lange family, and reads "Else Lange other (writes)" and immediately above the writing reads in part "Meta (sp?) Lange.) This photo was taken in a studio in Konigsberg which is the historic German and Prussian name of the medieval city that is now Kaliningrad, Russia. Both photos measure approximately 4.25 x 6.75 including mount. Condition: These are original photographs, not a copy or reproduction. The photo of the elderly lady is very good. The family photo has some moisture stains and a tape repair on the reverse side. Comments:
