Vintage Mid Century MCM Arnel's Mushroom Soup Tureen Lid Underplate Ladle.  The tureen has a chip and a hairline crack on the edge that goes all the way through.  There is also what looks like to be a manufacturing defect close to one of the handles.  I do not believe it's a chip.
