Vintage late 40's early 50's blue and white stripe day dress

From an estate in good vintage condition. Some faint age yellowing at underarm, upper back and bodice. Has one pinhole next to third button hole(see extreme close-up photos). Top button missing. Still definitely a wearable dress. Dress feels like cotton or cotton blend. Has original matching belt.

No tags guessing X large, but please go by the measurements
