Cover looks great; a few creases near edges; light-scuffing and surface impressions (front/back); surface abrasions near top-center on front; "P13" written near top-left and discoloration with darker discoloration spots on back. Inner-sleeve is original (plastic). Spine is easy-to-read with mild-wear and discoloration. Minor shelf-wear along top/bottom-edge and corners. Developing split near left of bottom-edge; split near left of top-edge. Opening is crisp with signs of light use and divots. Slight musty smell. (Not a cut-out.)

Later reissues included three additional songs. In 2015, the album was selected for induction into National Recording Registry of the Library of Congress for special recognition and preservation as one of the sound recordings in over 130 years of recording history that has "cultural, artistic and/or historical significance to American society and the nation's audio legacy".
