1999 The Elongated Collector (TEC) 6-Coin Set from Chicago, Illinois.
You are bidding on one 6-coin set from the Annual ANA (American Numismatic Association) World's Fair of Money Convention.
During these annual conventions, TEC (The Elongated Collectors) issue two different dies - one for the ANA and one for TEC.
Both of these designs mention the year of the convention and the host city where it was held.
The design dies are mounted in an elongating machine, and the visitors at the convention are welcomed to come and take a free coin, rolled on a Penny (either a pre-1982 Copper or post-1982 "zincer"). Some people actually roll / smash / elongate their pocket change, which could result in an elongated Nickel, Dime, Quarter, Half Dollar or Dollar. These are usually much scarcer than the "standard" Penny / Cent that are rolled in the thousands.
TEC also issues 6-coin sets, enclosed in Cellophane or Plastic, and they include either the ANA or the TEC design on a Cent, Nickel, Dime, Quarter and Half Dollar and a Cent rolled with the other design - the ANA set will have one TEC Cent and the TEC set will have one ANA Cent.
