Painted Bear Cubs Hanging Wood 10.5" Plate Japanese

Good Condition See Photos but there is some wear and a few scuffs see the photos. The back is marked, but it is faded. It looks like Japanese characters.

I think this is 1950s because of the way the Bear cubs are painted.
