JOKE?  No joke!  Anyone in the ancient & shark biz knows meg poop when they see it.  This comes from a diver in South Carolina that usually just picks up shark t**th in the Cooper River, St. John's and St. Mary's River beds.

The carcharodon megalodon lived during the Miocene Epoch - 23 to 5 million years ago. 

Ancient sharks t**th, vertebrae and occasionally coprolite (specimen dung from which information about eating patterns in prehistoric times can be discovered) are found today. Megalodon reached a length of 60 feet or more.
