From a smoke free home, in used condition and plays 8 different Christmas tunes. Seems to work the way it should and operates on batteries. I am selling this for a friend, as seen in the pictures she wrote on the bottom the date she found this at a garage sale, it will not be seen when it is displayed and may wash off with a little work but I will leave that up to the buyer. Overall very cute, the bear has a look between Santa and a clown with his ruffled outfit. About 4 1/2 inches high.
