Stained from use but unwashed to preserve the integrity of the oilskin. The suit definitely smells mildewy as it's been in a storage bin since November but it will sit out as long as it takes to sell to diminish the smell. Please see photos for details and measurements.

The small squares in the photos each represent one inch and are numbered accordingly to provide measurements. 

This item is from a smoke-free home but I have a cute corgi so unfortunately this item is not from a pet-free home.
