Adjustable shoulder strap works as a shoulder bag or crossbody, or feed through the rings on the back and it converts to a backpack.

One interior zipper pocket with "Happy & Free" 

Exterior open pocket under the flap with a zipper pocket on the front of there. 

Outside of bag has no flaws. 

On the inner bottom there are some spots or probably ink/make-up (not bad, and you have to dig deep to see them.
