New with tags:

-orange/white gingham with floral appliques across top of chest and around the dropped waist

-cute as a dress or as a tunic top over jeans or leggings

-About 13.25" underarm to underarm

-About 24.5" shoulder to hem

I bought this new many years ago and it was never worn. I had a Gymboree addiction when my girls were smaller and sometimes double-bought things not realizing it. 

The seam tag is dated 2005 and the paper tag is 2006.
