Rich turquoise and black tunic length top/blouse/shirt is long enough to cover tummy and hips, and buttons down the front with black buttons. It has long sleeves and ruffles, and the fabric is crinkle georgette. Wear this with pants, capris, skirts, or even to dress up your favorite pair of jeans.
