Very faint minor spots to the gilt in the upper page edges, else very nearly fine, tight and firm in red-brown leather with patterned gilt embossed decorations to the front and rear covers, gilt embossed decorations and titles to the raised three-band hubbed spine, brown-and-white headband and tail-band, all page edges gilt, taupe-brown satin-moire end-papers, and a sewn-in silk ribbon marker.
