Dreamsicles 50th Happy Anniversary 7" plate #10763. 1998 Cast Art Industries, Inc.  This is new old stock from a closed flower shop.  It was found an estate sale find.  It was still in the plastic but the plastic was very dirty so I had to remove it.  The plate is chipped on the edge of the left side.  Could probably be camouflaged with the right color of blue paint.
