For your consideration is a vintage uncut, factory folded Simplicity pattern #9559.   This makes the classic 80's blouse or shirt in different styles.  It is a size 18 & 20 with a bust size of 40-42.  The pattern is in good condition, and the jacket shows signs of storage over the many years.
