Yellow Bush Scallop Summer Squash (Cucurbita pepo) is a unique looking summer squash that's gaining quite a bit of popularity in the gardening community. Known as a patty pan squash, this variety will grow to be golden and 7" across, flat saucer shaped with scalloped edges. Some call it Flying Saucer squash because of its shape. Plants are more bush and less vining than standard summer squash. Best if picked around 3" in diameter as it will be more tender
