Lens hood for protection against stray light and side light impact. This sturdy aluminum lens hood blocks strays of light and in this way it prevents lens flares and faint contrast. It also protects the lens against light impact as well as water drops. Includes adapter ring for attaching the hood and 49mm filters. The lens hood comes with an adapter ring that is used to attach the hood to the camera. The adapter also provides a 49mm front thread for filters, close-up lenses, lens caps etc.
