However, we do suggest professional installation to prevent any issues with your new Jensen car stereo.

Steering Wheel Control Interface
When designing your Jensen VX4022 double DIN car stereo we made sure to add features that improve your driving experience. The steering wheel control interface will allow you to control certain functions of your car stereo through the steering wheel so that you can always have your eyes on the road ahead.
Your Entertainment Destination
The HDMI/MHL connectivity allows you to connect your Bluetooth device wirelessly and mirror its content on the large 6.2 inch LCD TFT display. You can now watch and listen to your favorite movies from your large 6.2 inch car stereo display giving you a full movie experience.
When we designed this double DIN car stereo we imagined all the features that would make a great driving experience. So we decided to go ahead and create multiple inputs at the front of your receiver such as the CD/DVD Player, USB & 3.5mm Auxiliary Jack that would allow you to stream and/or play music from your Apple, Android & Media devices.
We took it a step further and added A2DP music playback, AM/FM stations and you can now charge your device using the USB port. The 10 Band Customizable EQs tuning capability allows you to always have complete control over your music experience.
IMPORTANT: Make sure the 2 Transport/Shipping Screw has been removed from Top of Unit! The "Transport/Shipping Screws" protect the DVD Player during shipping, but must be removed in order to use the DVD Player. Disc will load for several seconds and then eject if Transport/Shipping Screws are not been removed. Make sure you read the Owners Manual before installing the Stereo!

Product Warranties
All new products have Full Manufacturer's Warranty. Unless specificly stated, Refurbished products might carry Full Manufacturer's Warranty or only a limited 30-90 days Warranty (please ask before you buy). Unless specificly stated, used products carry no Warranty but can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Returns / Exchanges & Refunds
30-Days Return Guarantee
1. Returning/Exchanging
If your product arrives defective or damaged, try refusing delivery from the Carrier. That will allow us to ship a replacement unit quickly. If refusing delivery is not possible, contact us and we will send you instructions for the return/exchange. Please do not return a product until you receive the Return Authorization (RA#) and instructions from us, as the product might end up lost if returned without an RA#. In such case no refund will be possible.
2. Time allowed for Returns
If you need to return a product for any reason, you can do so but you have to report the issue and request the return within 7 days of receipt and the return has to be postmarked within 30 days of receipt of the original shipment to you. After 30 days you will need to contact the Manufacturer directly for Warranty Repair.
3. Condition of Returns
In order to make a return, the product must be in NEW condition, with the ORIGINAL BOX, all the Accessories, Paperwork and Packing Materials intact, exactly as you received it.
4. Shipping & Handling Costs
If the return is due to our error, we will pick up the product at our expense. If the return is for any reason other than a fault of our Company, the actual shipping and handling costs (both ways) will be your responsibility. If you do not like a product or no longer need it, this is not considered our fault and we will not issue a shipping label for the return. If you ship the product at your expense please insure it for the full value of the order.
5. Restocking Fees
If the return is due to our error, the product was damaged in transit or DOA (Dead On Arrival), no restocking fee will apply and we will refund 100% of the item's price.
If you refuse delivery or decide to return a product because you changed your mind, no longer need the product, have buyer's remorse, found a cheaper seller, you don't like the product or the product doesn't fit your needs, a restocking fee will apply:
