A feature film spin-off of the popular sci-fi series. In the year 2276, the aged Centauri Emperor Londo Mollari relates the events which led to the eruption of the Earth/Minbari war and the creation of Babylon 5. The war is accidentally triggered when an Earth warship destroys a Minbari leader, and the resulting chaos engulfs the young John Sheridan, Ambassador Delenn and college student Susan Ivanova.
