From a smoke free home, in used condition, it is complete and has the spiral bound binding. There is a name stamped on a few pages and the old owner used paperclips as bookmarks so there are some indents and a few rust color spots from those which I have since removed. Also some writing in pencil but none that affects the reading at all. Please see pictures for the best description.
