I normally wear a 6 or sometimes 8 depending on the brand, but these fit me. I didn't realize they were "skinny/slim" in the thigh area when I bought them. I'm too old for this look!

27" inseam

-waist measures about 15.5" across the front

-hip area is about 20" across 

-leg opening is about 5.5"
