This is a vintage 9" plush talking doll of Bubbles from the TV show "The Powerpuff Girls". It was made by Trendmasters in the early 2000s. The doll comes boxed and is in its original condition. It is part of a collection of Powerpuff Girls dolls.

Probably needs a new battery the push tummy doesn’t work
