This Persimmon tree is easy to grow, growing up to 20-30 ft. tall and 20-30 ft. wide, or as pruned! OUTSTANDING FEATURES: Rounded, slightly acorn-shaped fruit that is a beautiful deep orange color. Thin-skinned with orange flesh and sweet flavor. Has excellent fall foliage color. Astringent until fully ripe, or soft. Has few seeds if planted apart from other persimmons. When planting, space 25' apart. Fertilize in spring just before new growth begins.  Does best on moist but well-drained soil. Survives hot, cold, and freezing temperatures, hardy to 0 F. We will remove the pot, wrap the roots and soil with wet paper towels, and ship via priority mail to assure freshness.
