10” long with a curved handle on both ends. No makers marks and looks hand forged or cast. Has double cutters on the working end, very straight gripper end. I am not sure what these were made to do but I am sure it had some industrial purpose. They weight almost 1 pound.

I lightly sanded it hoping to lift out a manufacturing mark, but not a clue.
