I am not an expert on these.  There is some oxidation on this, but seems to be fully functional and working nicely.  I cleaned up some, but there is lots more to clean in order get this looking REAL NICE.   I am not sure of age.  I did a little research and this is what I found.  As a collector, you may know if this is what you want by looking at it...
