Up for sale is this vintage 1991 See & Sew pattern (#5814), by Butterick for the styles/variations of dress and jacket/blazer, as shown.  Printed in the U.S.A.  

Pattern size is P-S-M-L-XL (6-22).  30.5" - 44" bust.  23" - 36" waist.  32.5" - 46" hips.

Most of my patterns have been used once by a professional seamstress.  All patterns look to be complete, in good condition.  I have many patterns listed.  Envelopes are in various stages of wear; some are torn, written on, etc.

Pattern includes instructions for this shirt & dress combination.  Very loose-fitting shirt features a notched collar, dropped shoulders, shoulder pads, yoke with forward shoulder seams, front and back pleats, shaped hemline, and long sleeves rolled-up.  The dress is an easy pullover style, fitted throughout the bust, features a below mid-knee hemline, and cutaway armholes, with pleated front skirt.
